Still Pushing…

Hello ๐Ÿ‘‹ there! I did not intend to sit down at my computer ๐Ÿ’ป to write anything, but now I understand why I was led over here to open it. It whispered my name, so I obliged. I’m currently pursuing an exciting new venture with my family (coming soon…stay tuned!) and it has most of my extracurricular time. โฐ I realized in this very moment that I have neglected my blog page ๐Ÿคฆ๐Ÿพโ€โ™€๏ธ. Well, that’s not good since it’s an expense. I told myself, either use it or turn it off and since I have been given so many beautiful gifts ๐ŸŽ , the one to help others is still one of my favorites. So, here I am. ๐Ÿ™‹๐Ÿพโ€โ™€๏ธ

I will intentionally try to utilize this page more often while treating it as a journaling site. ๐Ÿ–Š ๐Ÿ“– I will post a little more often, as I did when I started 2 years ago, ๐Ÿ—“ but it will be different. As situations manifest, or thoughts ๐Ÿ’ญ related to mental health topics enter this steadily moving brain, ๐Ÿง  I will share them with you. They may not be as long as the prior posts, but they will always be food for thought ๐Ÿค” to take with you until the next blog.

Today, I want to discuss going all in after your goals. ๐ŸฅŠ Yes, we are in the third month of 2022 and I am sure many of you have made goals for the year. I always advise not to singularly make them for the new year, but to always have a multi-tiered goal in focus that you are currently seeking. It makes it more feasible to achieve your targets. ๐ŸŽฏ Goals should present the same way as the storms โ›ˆ that invade our lives: you are either in a storm, coming out of a storm, or getting ready to go into a storm. ๐Ÿคท๐Ÿพโ€โ™€๏ธ This is the exact way that your goals should work. One is always being pursued. You will achieve your best life by perpetually working on you. ๐Ÿ‘Š๐Ÿพ As soon as you’ve accomplished one: proceed to the next. โžก๏ธ

The days may become overpowering and at times too difficult to bear, but youโ€™re still standing. ๐Ÿšถโ€โ™€๏ธ That means hope is alive and your purpose can still be fulfilled. Instead of chastising yourself for the mistakes you’ve made along the way, hone in on what you’ve done right and do more of it. ๐Ÿ‹๏ธโ€โ™€๏ธ Keep the circle โญ•๏ธ close-knit and closed tightly with only supportive individuals. Anything else can impact your peace โ˜ฎ๏ธ substantially, and remember-that’s too expensive for anyone to afford. ๐Ÿ—ฃ If you’ve taken nothing else from me from this blog today and all of my prior blogs, remember to always protect your PEACE. It’s priceless. ๐Ÿ’Ž

Every time you start to break, ๐Ÿ’” I want you to think about all of the times that you could have shattered; however, still came out on top. ๐Ÿฅ‡ Not only are you a victorious warrior, you are worthy. ๐Ÿ’ช Ok, that’s what I wanted to share with you in the 7 minutes that I took for this blog. It’s short and simplistic, but I hope you receive a nugget of wisdom from it.

Until the next time that I pass by and Mac whispers my name. ๐Ÿ˜‚ ๐Ÿšถ ๐Ÿ’จ

Sending you ๐Ÿ’• and ๐Ÿ’ก,

CJ

I have many people who ask from other states, so although I emailed you- I wanted to put it on the public forum that you have to have someone licensed in your state. I can always help you find a local therapist in your area or you can contact your insurance providers for a list. Thanks.

I posted my comment on Friday and didnโ€™t see it so Iโ€™m going to send it again. Thank you for your words of wisdom to share with others.

No problem- my assistant reviews all comments before they are posted to make sure they are not spam. Thanks.

You remind me of iyanla in your words. All that missing is beloved. I wish you were recording this so we could hear you speak this truth on all of these topics you talk about.

    Hi CJ

All of my sisters need to hear these words and also so they can be inspired to finish our side gig ideas. I liked everything you said in this one because everything is what my sisters need and the fact youโ€™re working on something else with your family and I been trying to get them to commit to our business. I hope this proves what I have been telling them. Lol

Yes- sometimes it does take a jolt from someone else to get going on your own endeavors. I hope it helps you ladies and wishing you all the best with ultimate success. Blessings, CJ

Good evening: I am guilty of setting New Years goals and not following through by the second month of the year. I like how you said to have a multi tiered goal. That is smart because you may complete it all if you take it one step at a time.

    1. cjmadry Post author

Trust me Zara- I had to learn this myself. I complete more goals for myself by making them achievable and breaking them down. Celebrate for each mini-goal and then celebrate bigger for the grand completion. Blessings, CJ ๐ŸŽ‰

I agree with all of this. People do better by not having New Years resolutions and always have a goal. Itโ€™s so easy to do what everyone else is doing and the tradition of New Years resolutions sets people up for failure. You are spot on.

    Hello CJ-

You would gain a ton of followers and help so many people on TikTok. I see therapy on there but your content is so good and could help so many including me. You should check it out.

    1. cjmadry Post author

Thank you. I have had a few people to suggest it to me. Who knows- maybe one day- I will find the time to commit there as well. Take care and Blessings, CJ

Hi. I enjoy your site and your pages on Instagram and Twitter. Are you taking new clients? Iโ€™m looking for marriage counseling.

I decided to respond in a public way in addition to your email response. I do sometimes have openings and sometimes I have no openings in my schedule. You can go to eccsatlanta.com or call my office number listed on my site or more information. Take care.

These days and times are spoken of in Revelations. This world is cruel and itโ€™s sadder by the day. Thank God for angels on earth. You are a bright light and I appreciate your encouragement. Everyone does not give back but you do so you will be forever blessed and your family. Thank you again.

I normally wouldnโ€™t post anything like most people who read online and donโ€™t get in on blogs but I have to on this because I can be anonymous. Iโ€™m shy and just donโ€™t trust internet services. I do want to say that this helped me today because I always start and not finish. This is encouraging. You have openings for new patients? Can you block my name and email address?

    1. cjmadry Post author

Yes- your email address is always blocked on our forum. No worries- you shall remain anonymous. I will respond to you via email. Thank you for your support. Blessings, CJ

    Hi Ms therapist

How to build your support circle when your family only care about their self? They are not good for me and I want better. How to get better people? I like your site and reading all of the posts.

Hi there Freddy- I will respond to you via email but I also will tell you to go through and read some of my old blogs. A few provide tips on how to build your support circle. All the best and Blessings, CJ

    Good Morning CJ,

Thank you for writing a blog again. I know you donโ€™t have to and glad you do. I follow nothing but positive people and read nothing but food for the soul. I get plenty of positivity and insight into my life, but everytime you post, I feel like itโ€™s my birthday or Christmas. Your words are always a gift to me because I can feel them as I take each one in. Forever thanks and I will do what you suggested about goals. I need to have one at all times to keep my mind preoccupied so thatโ€™s sound advice for anyone. Thank you so much and God bless you too pretty woman.
